The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning informs the interested public that it has developed a working version of the Law on Spatial Planning which is available on the website of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning. After the completed consultation process, the draft Law will be available on The Unique National Electronic Registry of Regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia (ENER) for further comments. The information about the day and time of holding the public debates for the interested parties will be additionally published on the portal and on the website of the Ministry.
With the adoption of this law, the conditions and system of spatial planning, the types of spatial planning documentation, the procedure for creating and adopting the same implementation and the monitoring of the conditions in space and the work of the spatial information system as well as other issues in the field of spatial planning are regulated. The law will be based on the principles of constitutionality, legality, transparency and efficiency.
