The Deputy Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, Hristina Odzaklieska, attended today the 21st session of the Assembly of the Institute for Standardization of the Republic of North Macedonia.
In the welcome speech, Odzaklieska emphasized the good cooperation between the two institutions, especially in the standardization of the methods for the analysis of waste and surface water, soil and noise applied by the Central Environmental Laboratory.
– The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning remains open for cooperation and we are ready to give our contribution to the advancement of this area and the adoption of the standards that are necessary for our work and that will contribute to the improvement of the situation with environmental protection – Deputy Minister said.
At this session, the 30th anniversary of standardization in the Republic of North Macedonia and 20 years since the establishment of the Institute for Standardization were also marked.
