At the Economic Forum dedicated to strengthening business relations between North Macedonia and Austria, the Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Kaja Shukova had her speech in front of the representatives of renowned companies from both countries. In her speech, she addressed the challenges in the environmental sector and how the state and the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning will address them. The development towards the implementation of the Green Agenda, towards the establishment of a circular economy, sustainable management in protected areas and the energy transition towards renewable energy sources are areas in which new opportunities are created for economic cooperation and the exchange of experiences, application of the best applicable technologies.
With the presence and speech of the two presidents Stevo Pendarovski and Alexander Van der Bellen, the Forum was marked as a high-level event in the framework of the development of economic cooperation between the business sector in both countries.
